These include bouillons, seasonings and mini meals from Knorr, our €5 billion bouillon market leader,[a] and condiments led by Hellmann’s, the world’s number one mayonnaise brand,[b] worth nearly €3 billion. We are also home to Unilever Food Solutions, our chef-to-chef business that provides professional kitchens all over the world with products and end-to-end solutions from Knorr Professional and Hellmann’s. Through innovative recipes, annual Future Menu Trends insights, culinary training and the Positive Kitchens initiative, we help chefs enhance creativity, profitability and wellbeing.
